1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Beautify Me website at beautifymeapp.com or downloading, installing, or using the Beautify Me mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or the App. The App is provided by Rana Quest (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and the developer is Sandeep Rana.

2. Description of the App

Beautify Me is an AI-powered photo editing application for iPhone and iPad that provides features such as one-tap beautification, skin smoothing, AI filters, retouching tools, and AI image generation. The App is available on the Apple App Store and requires iOS 17.0 or later.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA, which applies where you download the App from the App Store.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you create or import into the App (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content only as necessary to provide the App’s features (e.g., AI enhancement, filters, generation). We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload, create, or share content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
  • Upload, create, or share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the App’s security or functionality
  • Use the App to harass, exploit, or harm others

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Beautify Me, the Beautify Me logo, the website design, and all App content (except User Content) are owned by Rana Quest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple. Payment terms, refunds, and billing are governed by Apple’s policies. We do not store your payment information.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED OR EDITED CONTENT MAY VARY IN QUALITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANA QUEST AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (OR $10 USD IF GREATER).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rana Quest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
